Invitation Arts

Last updated 4 October 2026

Invitation Arts is a product of Vividsol, based in Pakistan. This page explains what we keep about the hosts who make invitations and the guests who open them, why we keep it, who else is involved, and what you can ask us to do.

What we keep about hosts

  • Your account: your name, your email address and your password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form. If you sign in with Google, we also keep the identifier Google gives your account. We never see your Google password.
  • Two-step sign-in, if you turn it on: the secret your authenticator app uses, and your recovery codes.
  • Your invitations: what you enter in the builder. That means names and families and the lines about them, cities, your words, each function with its date, times, venue and map link, any contact names and phone numbers you choose to show guests, and any photograph you add. Photographs are saved again in a smaller web format, which leaves out the camera and location details stored inside the original file.
  • Payments: your orders, their amounts and how you paid. For a bank transfer, we also keep the receipt you upload. Receipts are kept privately, and only you and our staff can open them.
  • Signing in: while you are signed in we keep a session record, which includes your device's IP address and browser. Our payment records also note the IP address and browser used for each step of a payment, to help us trace a problem.
  • Partners: if you join our partner programme, we keep your application and the account details you give us for payouts.

What we keep about guests

Guests never need an account, and they give us only what they choose to.

  • Replies: if the host asks guests to reply, the guest's name, the functions they are coming to and how many are coming, plus anything else they choose to add, such as an email address, dietary needs or a note. Replies are for the host.
  • Wishes: the name and the message. Only the host can read them.
  • Opens: to count how many people opened an invitation, we keep a code made from the device's IP address and browser, scrambled with a secret key, and the date. We do not keep the IP address itself.

Everything a host puts on an invitation, including any contact phone numbers, can be seen by anyone who has its link. So hosts should share the link only with the people they are inviting. We ask search engines not to list invitations.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work:

  • a session cookie and a security token, while you use the site;
  • a "remember me" cookie, if you choose to stay signed in, and when you sign in with Google;
  • a partner cookie, for 30 days, when you arrive through a partner's link. It holds only the partner's code. We count the visit with a scrambled code made from the device's address and browser, which changes every day.
  • a cookie that remembers whether the side menu of your dashboard is open.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

Who else is involved

  • Hosting: the site and its information are kept on servers at DigitalOcean, in Singapore.
  • Card payments: these are taken on Vividsol's payment page and processed by Bank Alfalah. We send only the order reference and the amount. You type your card details on the bank's page, and they never reach us.
  • Google: if you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, your email address and your account identifier. Invitation pages load their lettering from Google Fonts, so a guest's browser contacts Google when it opens an invitation. The "directions" and "add to calendar" buttons open Google Maps and Google Calendar only when a guest taps them.
  • Email: emails we send about your account, your payments and your invitations go through an email delivery provider.
  • WhatsApp: buttons that open WhatsApp send only what you or your guest then choose to send.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • An invitation is open to guests through its celebration. Once its last function has passed, replies close, and 30 days after that its link closes to a private page.
  • We keep your account, your invitations with their replies and wishes, and your payment records for as long as you keep your account, so you can come back to them.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, under Profile. You will need your password. If you signed up with Google, set one first with "Forgot password".

Deleting your account removes from our database:

  • your invitations, with their functions, replies, wishes and counts of opens;
  • your orders;
  • your partner details.

Two things stay behind:

  • Our payment log, which we keep for our accounts.
  • The files you uploaded, your photographs and receipts, which are not yet removed automatically. Ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can see and change most of what we keep about you in your dashboard and your settings. To ask for a copy of anything else we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, write to us using the details below.

Changes to this page

We update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top shows when we last did.
