These terms apply when you use Invitation Arts to make, publish and share an invitation. Invitation Arts is a product of Vividsol, based in Pakistan. By creating an account or publishing an invitation, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign up with your email address and a password, or with your Google account where that is offered. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
What you pay for
- Building an invitation and previewing it is free.
- Publishing it costs Rs 4,999 on the Complete plan, paid once for one invitation for one celebration, with every design and every feature included. There is no subscription.
- Features we list as still to come are added to the plan at no extra cost when they arrive. We do not promise when that will be.
- You can pay by card, through Vividsol's payment service with Bank Alfalah, or by bank transfer or Raast, with a receipt that we check before your invitation is published. Card details are typed on the bank's own page and never reach us.
- Payments are final, as our refund policy explains.
Once your invitation is published
- It goes live at its own link at once, and anyone who has the link can open it.
- So that one payment serves one celebration, some details are fixed once it is published: the names, families and the lines about them, who is inviting, the request line, your opening words, the occasion, the link and the date of each function. You can still change the times and venues, change the design, and remove a function.
- If a fixed detail needs correcting, ask from your dashboard. We check each request and decide whether to make the change.
How long it stays online
Your invitation stays online through your celebration. Once its last function has passed, replies close, and 30 days later its link closes to a private page. The replies and wishes it received stay in your dashboard.
What you put in it
- You are responsible for everything you add: names, photographs, words and venues, and the details of any guests you enter. Add only what you have the right to share, and only details of people who would expect your invitation.
- Use Invitation Arts only for invitations to real celebrations, and never for anything unlawful, misleading or hurtful.
- We may suspend an invitation that breaks these terms, or that we are required by law to remove. A suspended invitation is closed to guests, and paying does not lift a suspension.
Our designs
The designs, their artwork, their openings and their music belong to us or are licensed to us. You may share your invitation's link and pictures of it, but not copy a design for any other use.
Our service
We work to keep the site and your invitation online and working, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for anything to do with an invitation is limited to the amount you paid for it.

People in our partner programme earn a commission under the terms set out on the partner page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did. Changes do not take back anything you have already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
