Invitation Arts is a product of Vividsol. This page explains when a payment to us is final.
Build and preview first, for free
Making an invitation, choosing and changing its design, and previewing it as your guests will see it cost nothing. You pay only when you are ready to publish, so you can make sure the invitation is right before any money changes hands.
Payments are final
The Complete plan costs Rs 4,999, paid once for one invitation. Paying publishes your invitation straight away: its link goes live and can be shared at once. For that reason a payment is final once it has been made. We do not refund it, in whole or in part, whether or not the invitation is then shared or used, and a discount code cannot be applied to a payment already made.
A charge taken twice
If you are charged more than once for the same order, tell us. We check it against our payment records and return the extra charge to the card or account it came from.
